Transform Your World is a coaching business guided by Dr Des Rice and supported by various Associates. It provides coaching services to individuals, teams and organizations.
We assist clients to create a future that, from their current perspective, would seem to be impossible. We do not try to change or fix clients because it doesn't work! We assist our clients, through self-reflection and self-learning, to acquire self -knowledge. In the process they identify their core values. They discover their empowering as well as their self-limiting beliefs and behaviours. Having identified the latter, they are no longer limited by them.
They replace them with others that are more sustaining. Their vision(s) for their future becomes clear. They design and achieve the goals that make their dream(s) become reality. Their view of themselves and their world is transformed forever. They become giants.
